Herkimer Diamonds are used for dreams and vision work by activating the crown and 3rd eye areas and keeps one aware in the unconscious state of sleep.  They open one's higher chakras and keep focus during meditation.  Enhydros often occur and these are useful healers of the emotional body.  They support the eyes and eyesight and general physical stamina.  They work well with water - we are largely water - so they heal at a cellular level.
